Milja has 23-years roaming experience, and 13-years ago started her own company, Roamingwise, where she combines her enthusiasm for roaming with a passion for training and consultancy. Her experience means that Milja has a broad Roaming knowledge, which she uses in her current training and consultancy assignments, closely following the GSMA working groups, teaching the GSMA standards.

Julia Gullstrand

Head of Roaming and Interconnect, GSMA

Julia is a telecom professional with 30 years’ experience in roaming and interconnection, starting at UK mobile operator One2One. For the past 20+ years Julia has led the GSMA Working Group dedicated to developing agreement templates and charging models to enable the acceleration and rollout of mobile services worldwide. Julia holds an MBA in Telecoms from the Henley Management College.

Erik Vrolijk

Commercial Roaming Specialist

Following a successful managerial career within Finance & Wholesale at the KPN Mobile Group, Erik Vrolijk founded Connect2Roam in early 2007. Erik specialises in improving the profitability of the roaming business for mobile operators. Part of his service portfolio is providing support for IOT negotiations.

Joshua Odoteye

Technical Roaming Specialist

Joshua is an international telecom consultant with over 14 years' experience. He has supervised the implementation, testing, and launching of over 300 LTE roaming services as well as several GSM/CAMEL/UMTS services. Joshua has consulted extensively, working on global vendor products for organisations including Ericsson, Huawei, and Cisco.
